"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Unique and this is my handsome assistant Ari and we're here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking about speed and agility techniques. Now again, the key to all these drills is staying relaxed and only going to the point that you can go. So the first thing you want to do is a one two in the ladder. What he's doing is he's giving me two tops right here and you're stepping in lateral into the ladder. After that he's going into a back peddle and remember back peddles are always about staying low and keeping your sensor in gravity, if you're too high you're going to fall back. 1-2-1-2-1-2, now you can go to the next side. Lateral, lateral, keeping his chest up with core height only going to the speed you can go. Remember, you're not trying to be fast, you're trying to prevent speed. 1-2 in, 1-2 in, 1-2 in, 1-2 in and you're going to focus on our back peddle. Making sure the body is low, as fast as you can go. Basically the idea is to make sure that your clients do the thing that they need to do to make sure that they can go to the next level."
