"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Unique and this is my handsome assistant Ari and we're here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking about speed and agility techniques. Now this is also another speed agility drill. Actually it's going to be getting a little bit faster, he's going to start out with high knees to bear crawl backwards. This is a great drill to the proper way with basic and intermediate cardios. He's moving backwards focusing on shoulder, focusing on the core and keeping his chest up high and also women can do it as well. Basically what that exercise is doing was focusing on speed and movement patterns. When he went into bear crawl, that was focusing on core, lower back, shoulders, and chest which I'm out of breath right now. "
