"On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Unique and this is my handsome assistant Arvey and we are here at Energy Fitness in New York City talking about speed and agility techniques. This is a basic cone drill and what we are doing here is suicide and what we are trying to focus on is fast switch muscle fiber and explosive movement. As I will show you, that speed is definitely a big part of this exercise. Go and back and switching and back. You got two more to do, two more. Now you want to push your client or your athlete to do this a little bit faster. You can actually sprint with them which will be the last one. "
