"Now, later on in the video clips I'm going to show you flexibility before you do these exercises. But the next thing that we're going to do is the centipede push-up. So what you're going to do, is you're going to bend your body as far over as you can. If you can't touch your toes, that's fine. We're going to start a little bit farther out. So you're going to be here, coming down, walking yourself out, push-up, and then ankling your body all the way in. Walking out, push-up, and then ankling your body all the way in. Walking out, push-up, and making sure that the knees stay locked to really feel that stretch in the calf and the hamstrings, all the way up. That's the centipede push-up. Now, what you can do, is make sure that your hamstrings are nice and stretched before you do that exercise."
