"Okay, the next thing, drill we're going to do, is we're going to do a sprint, changing directions drill. So the main thing is, is that you see these fences out here? We're going to use that to our advantage. So, what you want to focus on, is keeping your body stable, not overdoing it, meaning speed is built, it's not just done. So what you want to focus on, is you're here, you're turning, right, and you're going to explode and then I'm going to cut through that fence and bring it on back. So I'm here, and I'm out, cut, back. Again, I'm going to do a slide now, and then I'm backpedaling back, and then I sprint. And that's your basic, switching directions drill, basic."
