"Now remember, this is a short, this is a short jungle gym, so what you're going to do, for you guys that are a little bit more intermediate to advanced, if you want to do pull ups on this, you want to start a little bit lower. So you're going to keep your core engaged, pull up straight up, and down, straight up, and down. Now the thing is, is that I can't through a full range of motion because of this loop, so what I'm going to do, I'm going to turn around. I'm here, straight up, down, straight up, down, up, and down. Now mainly, what that's doing is just focusing on my back, my lats, and my core, my serratus interior. Serratus interior is this line that comes right across your body. Also, to add a little bit more zest to it, what you can do, is you get in the middle here. You're here, and then bring your knees up."
