"Now the next thing we're going to do is a little bit of an uphill sprint, switching directions. So what you're going to focus on is being in a squat position and then trying to explode up. Again, only go until where you can go. So basically, if you're basic, you will come nice and low, turn and then jog up, and then back down. See, it's all about taking your time and being safe. You know what I mean; you don't want to overdo it. But if you really want to just put some gunning into it, you want to get nice and low, and you want to explode, pop, and back down. When you're down at the bottom, jumping jacks. All the use of outdoors."
