"VINCENT JAMAL: I'm Vincent on behalf of Expert Village. Now, we've established the window and this really sets us up for a nice hands catch. And this is one of those catches--you always want to catch the ball with your hands but this goes back into the speed routes, the post patterns and things like that where you really want to have hand control on it. So, as Bryan makes his window, he's going to bring the ball right in and he's going to use his fingertips. He's going to have strong fingertips. He doesn't want to have his fingers too loose. This is a great way to break fingers but what he wants to do is have his hands firm but not too firm because he doesn't want him to be rigid to where it ends up bouncing off. He wants to catch it away from his body rather than hitting the pads. If he allows it to hit his pads, a lot of times, you'll see a ricochet. It's not a good theory to let the ball hit your body. What he wants to do is in one swift motion allow the ball to come in and then bring the ball into his body. So, it looks easier than it is but it's just a fluid motion. So, let's go ahead and work that and I'll throw you one. And he creates his window and he brings the ball in."
