"VINCENT: Hi, I'm Vincent on behalf of Expert Village. So, we've gone through the slanted routes and the routes that Brian can run and catch and advance the ball but what we'll do is we'll go over the sitting routes and these are the routes that he's basically going to have to walk out. Go ahead and walk up. Chris is going to be over him. He's going to make Chris make that choice and he's going to sit, head around and he's going to give as much of a target as possible for the quarterback to hit. Now, the phrase is hit him between the numbers but Brian has the snowman on his chest so all you really want to do is make sure that you're going to hit him as wide as possible. Brian has now become the quarterback shooting target and this is really what it's about. So, let's go ahead and run it through. And again, he's going to put together all these fundamentals. He's got his feet together, he's going to explode out. Set, hike. Head around, hands up and he's ready. Now, once he makes that catch, he still got to tuck because Chris is broken. Now, once he makes the catch, he wants to go into a secure because here comes Chris and there's a good chance that if he's not ready, Chris may not even strip for the ball, he may just hit him in the back and hope that it coughs out. So, once again, let's go through this and this is what the generous, a generous defensive spot. Set, hike. He breaks down, ready for the ball. Once the ball comes, it's secured and he's ready for contact."
