"VINCENT: Hi, I'm Vincent on behalf of Expert Village. So, what we're going to do is we're going to touch on Brian's speed routes and what he's doing is--well, go ahead do the slant again, half speed. Now, the head comes around and this is a route--stop right here--that he can catch when the ball comes in and now all he's got to do is turn his head back upfield. His body is facing that way and this is a quick escape. So, go ahead and walk it back. And let's go ahead and run it at Brian's speed. Let's go ahead and knock it out. Set, hike, head and boom. And he's caught the ball and he's gone. He doesn't have to stop. He doesn't have to sit. There's no pause. The only thing that he's got to do is once he catches the ball is get his head back upfield and make sure that there's nobody coming to take his head off and he can find the real estate. Let's go ahead and do this one more time. As a matter of fact, let's go ahead and do the post. The post is just the deeper slant. Set, hike. He gets into his motion and there it is. And now, once he makes that catch, he turns his attentions back upfield. These are all routes that you can look for the ball, catch the ball and still be moving while you're possessing the ball. He just doesn't want to be sloppy and drop the ball. Make sure you use your secure, tuck it, furthest defender away from you. Let's do the slant one more time. Set, hike."
