"VINCENT: Hi, I'm Vincent on behalf of Expert Village. Now, looking for the ball. So, Brian, we're going to go ahead and walk a slant in. Now, you see his head is in. This is looking for the ball right here. Once he comes off the line, the head is snapped and he's looking for the ball because it will be coming at a quick rate. Go ahead and go back to the line of scrimmage. And we'll go ahead and walk it up to ten yards and what he's going to do is hook but before he breaks down, the head comes around and then the body follows and there you have it. Let's go ahead and walk it back. And the importance of this is the eyes go, the head follows and then the body. So, let's go ahead and do the ten yard out. And once again, he puts himself in a position where the head snaps around quickly. Now, let's go ahead and throw the helmet on. And we'll illustrate the importance because he's got a free range without the helmet but once he puts it on, we still need to illustrate the importance and this is why you really want to practice with your helmet on, not only for your vision but for your range of motion. So, let's go ahead and do the slant real quick, head around. Now, facing the quarterback in that sense, he's pretty wide open. He's pretty one on one as far as being able to see the ball right down the pipe. But really what he wants to make sure that he's doing is getting his head around and getting faced with the quarterback. We'll go ahead and do the ten yard hook. Come on out, the head comes around and he breaks down. And now, he's ready for a catch."
