"VINCENT JAMAL: Hi, I'm Vincent on behalf of Expert Village. Okay, so we've gotten Brian off the line of scrimmage in an explosive manner for his post route. He takes his 45-degree angle. Now, the head comes around and he's going to locate the ball. The ball may not always be in a great flight of pattern where it needs to be but that's his job to find it. And what he really wants to do is snap the head around and make sure that on his break, it's right here. And it's a good rule of thumb for anything because if he is running a set pattern and if he's running a slant pattern, any sort of pattern, he's got to look for the ball. He simply will not be able to catch what he can't see. So, go ahead and throw your helmet on for me. Chris, you're fine. This is the importance of helmet vision because his vision now is cut down to this box right here whereas when he has it off, his peripheral is much wider. His range of motion is going to be hindered if he's running and his helmet is catching on his shoulder pads where if his head is just free, he can turn his neck at a much wider degree. So, he's gotta use a lot of his eyes, a lot of his eyes rather than the head motion. The head is just the indicator but the eyes are really what are going to get him finding that ball, get his hands up and getting him ready to make the catch."
