"Okay, so what we're going to do is we're going to advance his stretching a little bit. The ones that he did are great for anybody to do and some of these will be a little bit more advanced, but it's something you could still try and I'd still like you to learn. So we're going to a line back stretch, so he's going to lay down, he's going to put his arms out and what he's going to do is kick this foot and he's going to try and get it up to this hand. He's going to, we'll straighten this leg out and what you're going to do is get your lower back, your glut, your hamstring once again, it's a good torso as well. Thousand one, thousand two, thousand three, one. Thousand one, thousand two, thousand three, two. Make sure you get your good count, your ten count. We'll go ahead and bring it back over to the other side. Again range of motion is everything so don't force a stretch that you're not prepared for each week it can be a little bit different. Steve's hand isn't touching quite and that's okay, it doesn't have to. Every week he'll get a little bit more flexible, he'll be able to keep his leg straightened out and he'll be able to get it up further. So in the next month or two or over the course of the next few months, he'll really get flexible and he'll really be comfortable with this. What we'll do is now we'll move on and we'll do both knees together and you just drop it over. It's very simple, helps us stretch out the lower back. I like it, it helps just you know twist the torso a little bit and it's not in a forced or jerked motion. Go ahead and switch back over. Excellent, make sure you keep your ten count by three and you should be feeling a pretty good stretch."
