"Okay we want to talk about layups. Layup our shots and it is good to practice both left handed and right handed layups. With the layup what you are going to do if you are coming down the left side of the lane some people would be dribbling on the left side of the court with their right hand because they are not as good as dribbling with their left hand. When they should be dribbling with their left hand cause chances are your defenders if they are down here, are going to be more towards you and the basket. So you got the ball more to your right side away from your defender. But coming down the left hand side with a left handed layup chances are if you are a right handed or a left handed. But on the left side your take off are probably going to be your right foot and coming up and shooting off of the back board. So people may layup it under handed, some might do it right handed so here is a left handed layup looks like."
