"Okay now we are going to do a right handed layup. The right handed layup most of us probably a big majority of us are right handed. Just the opposite of the right hand obviously. Dribbling down we are keeping the ball, you know right hand because most likely our defender if there are some down here are in the towards you and the basket. So they are going to be in towards the lane and we are going to dribble down with our right hand. Remember we do two steps and we are going to utilize those, we are going to pivot. Our take off is going to be our left foot when we are in the right side of the basket, coming up. Keeping our body square and coming up top or underneath. As you get better you are going to be flipping the all off of the backboard, pushing it off. What you might want to do is you might want to use your left hand to guide to help you guide the ball up."
