"Another warm up drill that we can do is just basically sitting on the ground on our butts with our legs fully extended on the floor, sitting up straight, and dribbling starting with our right or our left and dribbling as far around to our opposite side. Our back side as far as we can. Dropping the ball off and swinging around and catching with our left, and then coming up here in front of us. You'll see when I demonstrate. You can even go around in front of your feet if you want or reverse it. Come back as far as you can to your opposite direction, drop the ball, swing around fast, grab the ball, and bring it around again. This is a nice warm up drill. Again, getting our hands warmed up and ready to go. Let's go ahead and show you how that's done. Bend your legs a little bit, for me anyway. You younger kids won't have to do that. There you have it."
