"Now let's do another practice drill called a between the legs bounce drill. What you're going to be doing is you're going to be spreading your legs slightly further than shoulder width apart, so depending on how broad your shoulders are. Spread them a little bit further than shoulder width. We're going to bend our knees, assume a good position bending our knees. All we're going to do is take the ball. You can do it from wait high, chest high, even over your head and bring the ball down. We're going to be bringing the ball down bouncing it just slightly behind our heels in between our legs. Be careful. Sometimes the ball can come up in unexpected spots. Start out slowly if you haven't done it before. We're going to also be able to do it from behind, so when you catch the ball from back here, you're going to push back through the back towards the front. Here's what it's going to look like. Again, you can look at the ball if you want to. You can get down a little bit further. Use both hands."
