"One thing to always remember when you're out for a hike...take it in. Take it all in, don't get yourself in such a big hurry that you're too concerned with getting through that you don't enjoy the wildlife, the floor, the fauna. Just enjoy it, take your time, go slow. Really enjoy the scenery that you're taking in. Really enjoy the feeling that you get when you're out there. There's nothing better than just getting out there and clearing your mind, escaping the city, just so relaxing. Everything is just completely wonderful. Just enjoy it. So many times you get out there and you start thinking about things you have to do when you get back. You start thinking about you know "Gosh you know I've got this project at home. I've got this thing I've got to do at work." Try to eliminate that sort of thinking. Try to really just get out there and relax because that's really the reason you're out there is so you can really just peacefully enjoy the time. And you'll have a lot more fun if you do it that way. And it's an experience that you won't soon forget."
