" Hi, I’m Steve Jimenez with fitandfearless.com, Krav Maga, Austin, here with Marissa Esquivel. We are going to go over a choke from behind with a push into a wall, or into an object like a vehicle or something. Here again, the primary thing, the very first part of this defense is the fall break, is not letting your face or head absorb the impact of hitting the wall or the vehicle. So here you going to notice Marissa is going to put her hands out, and also turn her head, so she does not go straight out into her face. She turns this way so she hits the softer part of her head, instead of hitting the nose area. So from here coming straight up, pushing from the back with a choke, turns her head…then from here, she going to raise her hand up, again to clear the wrist, and this hand goes down, the opposite hand goes down, and she’s going to turn around and come in with combatives. Knees, knees, knees. And push off, disengage. Right there, real slow, real slow. Right there. Again."
