" Hi! I’m Steve Jimenez with fitandfearless.com Krav Maga, Austin, Texas. In this segment, we are going to go over a choke while mounted. Again, the person defending themselves is going to on their back on the ground, fighting from the worst case scenario. The assailant is going to be on top with a two handed choke. Now keep in mind, going back to the choke standing, the two-handed pluck, the same principle is going to apply here, along with the principle of bucking the hips and over. So what Marissa is going to do is she’s going to pluck, buck her hips and roll me over; and when she plucks, keep in mind she is going to trap her hands here, so I cannot base out and stop the roll. That’s key; that’s what is actually going to allow her to turn me over, reverse the fight and get her on top in a position where she can actually strike. "
