" Hi! I’m Steve Jimenez with fitandfearless.com Krav Maga, Austin here with Marissa Esquivel going over hair grabs. So from here I am going to do a forward hair grab. I’ll take my fingers right to the head. She will actually take her hands, both hands over my knuckles and actually this is like a pressure point here. When she slams against the skull, my hands will actually open up slightly. From here she is going to bend her waist forward, applying pressure to my joints, taking a few steps back, driving me down to my knees, coming forward, putting her in a good position for knees to the head.
Hi! I’m Steve Jimenez with fitandfearless.com Krav Maga, Austin here with Marissa Esquivel. In this segment we are going to go hair grab from the side, right handed, with a right hand attack. So from here I am going to come in, I’m going to actually attack from the side, pull her this way. She is actually go with the momentum here. She is going to place the closest hand to the attack above over the head to control, so I am not pulling on her head, and from there she is going to step in with a groin attack, and then from there she is going to finish off with some hard combatives.
Fitandfearless.com, Krav Maga, Austin. I’m here with Marissa Esquivel and in this segment we are going to go over the hair grab, left handed grab with knee impending. So she is going to actually block a knee, counter attack, and finish off with combatives here. From right here, I am coming in, grabbing from the side like this, pulling her towards me to deliver to a knee, she blocks it, drives a groin strike with her hand, and continues with knees and more kicks and what have you.
In this final segment of hair grab, we are going to go over hair grab from behind. It’s very similar from hair grab from the side. The only difference is now I am pulling her from the back, which is a very scary situation for anybody, because you’re actually being pulled from the back side down. As I pull her back, as she is falling backwards—let your back arc—from here this is a really scary situation. She is going to have to turn and base. Now that left foot that turned, that actually saved her from falling to the ground. And then from there, she is going to come in with a groin strike right to the mid section or to the groin, and then go right up into harder combatives. "
