on 8/2/2008 The comments below from dannyboy and markmiles are childish. If they knew anything about anything they would know Israeli armed forces invented this form of fighting. This is good instruction

on 8/2/2008 how ridiculou your comment markmiles. you say he makes many mistakes, but don't mention even one. easy to say, I guess. Must be learned from an Israeli? This means Israeli's are unable to properly teach it. Because if you must learn from them, it means they can't transfer the information to others well enough for them to be the next teachers. you say he can't call himself the dragon, but don't tell us why. all your comments are superficial and without backing.

Video Transcript

" Hi! I am Steve Jimenez, Steve “The Dragon” Jimenez along with Keith Jones. In this segment, we are going to go over groin kicks. The groin kick, although are our target or the point that we may contact with is going to our shin, just below the shin, the tip of the shin right about the shoelaces and the shoes, when we make contact we hit the groin. But our goal is to get to the head. Just that the groin is in the way to get there. I will show from here when we are kicking, what I mean by that, is we want to send our power right through the groin, to the center of the body all the way up and just kick his head. The first thing that begins the motion in the groin kick, when we are going through the groin we are trying to limit our movement. So we are going to make a very small real shot. So the first thing that goes is the knee, as the knee comes up, the foot will then snap out, making contact with the shin and the groin. So as I come up, foot snaps out right here, go and make a contact with the groin, notice how my hip when I am here is forward, a second ago it was just back, my left leg was forward, my right hip was back. Now look how much forward it is now. It is the knee giving me power and also reaching forward, notice how from here he cannot reach me with a punch. This is key as well. So this is a long range weapon, keeping myself away from some of his attacks. The target here is going to be the groin area. But our main target what we want to get you is right here to the head. We are just going to go right through the groin to get there. Okay, that is our motto when we do a groin kick. From here we are going to drive straightforward. I am going to kick, my foot is going to be beyond his foot or his body, it is framed. We are going to call this the A frame. I could tell you right now if I kicked here hard enough my leg will slash straight up to the groin. If I kick here, hard enough, it will go straight up to the groin, you do not have to be precise, just look right to the A frame and just kick straight through. You want to make contact, right about here, not here. You may contact here, the joint here would be hyperextended and it can make it very hard for you to fight and you do still fight on. I want to make sure you are here, just like the tip of the bat right below the shin area. When you make contact, make sure the knee is slightly bent, not straight or hyperextended. When you kick, you always want to make sure that you recoil. Recoiling is just as important as the kick. You cannot continue to fight when your foot is still in the air or if you just drop it here. You want to make sure you get it here, back in the fighting stance, just in case there is still a fight. "
