"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this next clip we'll be going over how to perform a standing leg curl again using a resistance band. Similar to the standing leg extension you want to create that loop by sticking one handle in to the other and creating your loop. Just step in to your loop, pull it nice and snug. What we're looking to do with the other end with this handle is wrap it around something like your table leg, again a doorknob, something that you can tie it around. The shorter you make the distance from the knot or the loop, to the loop here on your ankle, the more resistance you'll get. You'll step away from the object that you tied the other end on to create some resistance and from this position you'll curl. Tightening the muscles behind the leg which are the hamstring muscles. "
