"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this next clip we'll be performing a combination move. It's going to be a combination of a lunge with a back row incorporated. So what we're looking to do is to find something to wrap our resistance band around to create some tension. The resistance band will actually help you with some stability if stability is an issue. So what you're looking to do here is create staggered step, okay you've got one leg out in front and one extended behind you and from this position you want to be sure to go straight down and not forward. Again we're not trying to create any tension in the joint area of the knee. So as you go straight down, as you come to bottom of this exercise here you want to pull back and squeeze the shoulder blades together, release, and come up. Down, squeeze and up, down, squeeze and up. You can alternate legs, being sure to push up through the heel as you come up. "
