"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this clip we'll be going over how to perform squats using the milk jug as added resistance. You'll bring the milk jugs up to the shoulder level, make sure the feet are shoulder width apart or slightly wider and from this position we want to make sure as we squat our hips go back behind us. Chest stays up, core's nice and tight, and take it down to that ninety degree level and push straight back up through the heels. Down and up through the heels. This exercise targets all the major muscle groups of the lower body, but you're also getting some great stability working the upper body by holding the milk jugs in place. "
