You're looking for an object to tie one end of your resistance band off. The opposite end you're going to tie off around your ankle. You're going to step away to create some resistance. You can place your hands on your hips, your abs are nice and tight, keeping that leg nice and straight, maybe a slight bend in the knee, you're going to extend backward engaging the muscles in the glut area.
