Video Transcript

"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this next clip we'll be going over how to perform a three movement exercise. We're going to incorporate a squat, a calve raise and also a shoulder press. We're going to be using our milk jugs as our resistance. Milk jugs are going to be here at the shoulders just like they were when you performed the squat. From this position you'll take it down to the squat, push up through the heels, up on the toes for a calve raise and press up over the head for the shoulder press. Take it down, squat, up on the toes, push up overhead. You'll notice that in this exercise, it takes a good amount of stability and core strength to perform the entire thing. This exercise here can be considered a complete body movement. Lower body's involved in the squat, as well as the heel raise, upper body involved with the overhead press."
