Video Transcript

"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this clip we'll be going over how to perform hip abduction and adduction using a resistance band. What you're looking to do is find something to loop your resistance band around. Using the other handle on the other end put your foot through it, you'll step away to create tension and for your adduction you'll pull across the body. Targeting the muscles here on the inner thigh. Abduction, all you're going to do is turn around, still having the foot in the loop. Again stepping away from the object that you tied it against and this time bring the leg up and away from the body. Here we're targeting the muscles in the outer hip."
