Video Transcript

"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this clip we'll go over how to perform a quick leg warm up. First exercise, we're going to stretch the hamstrings which is back behind the legs. Keeping the legs nice and straight, you're going to bend forward at the waist, pushing your hips back so you get a nice good stretch in the back of the leg. Arms can hang and dangle, you can cross them, you can leave them on the hips, whatever feels comfortable for you. Again holding each stretch for fifteen seconds. Take it back up. This next one we're going to do is a stretch for the quadriceps. Pulling that heel toward the glutes. Again feeling a nice good stretch in the front of the leg. Fifteen second hold, you'll switch it to the other side. Moving on to the next exercise which will be a stretch for the calves. You'll find a wall or something that you can bring your toes up on. Ok, get a nice good stretch right here in the back of the leg through the calf muscles. Next stretch will be for the inner thigh. Looking for legs to be spread. You can lean to the left. Looking to feel right in through here. Again holding for fifteen seconds and switch to the other side. "
