"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this clip we'll be going over how to perform an over the head tricep extension using one and two hands. One hand tricep extension you will lift the milk jug straight above the head and what you do is you're going to bend to a ninety degree at the elbow and you're going to push straight back up. Again looking for good controlled motion and constant tension on the muscle. This is your one handed overhead triceps extension. The other variation can be a two handed tricep extension. Place both hands on your jug. Again both hands are extended up above the head and you want to bend at the elbow with the elbows facing forward. Not looking to be flared but forward so we're isolating the tricep muscle. Extend, bend and extend. "
