"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this clip we'll be going over how to do a combination move. A back row to a triceps extension again using a resistance band. You'll find something to loop the resistance band around. Set yourself up with good form, nice soft knees, hips are back, abs are tight, chest is up. From this position you'll pull those elbows back as far as you can, pinching the shoulder blades together and then extend the arms straight back to contract the triceps. Control it on the way in and again. A good number of repetitions to shoot for would be a minimum of fifteen. Looking to keep a nice good pace, but you don't want to go too fast because we're not looking to generate any momentum. Allow the muscles to work during the whole range of motion. "
