"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this clip we'll review the bicep curl using the one gallon jug. Several options to this, you can do one at a time or you can hold both in the hand. You can do an alternating bicep curl or you can do a simultaneous bicep curl using both jugs. The important thing is to have the constant tension, a resistance on the muscle. So you want to control the exercise, you bring it up, and it's important to control it on the way down. Again constant resistance is what you're looking for. You want to get a good contraction at the top of this exercise. Really squeeze that muscle and get some blood flow to the area. "
