"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this clip we'll be going over how to perform a chest press using a resistance band. Again depending on the tension on your band, you can add some more by adding a loop at the top. This exercise is very similar to your alternating punch using the same band. So what you do again is have the band come underneath the armpits, stagger your steps, you can do one of two ways, you can have the knuckles facing down or facing in toward each other. We're looking for simultaneous push to the front, squeeze your chest, control back and push forward. Again you can alternate or do them together. So you the variation of the knuckles facing in and knuckles down. "
