"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this clip we'll be going over how to do a combination move using the resistance band. The combination move that we are going to go over is a bicep curl to an overhead press. So you get the bicep muscles as well as the shoulders involved. So what you'll want to do is you step on your tube, the wider your feet are apart the more resistance you'll have on your band and from this position, keeping the core nice and tight, you'll curl here to incorporate the biceps and you'll press straight up overhead to get the shoulders involved. Control it on the way down, and up and over. Good contraction in the biceps. Push up and over the head being careful not to arch the back. "
