"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this clip we'll be going over how to do a bent over row using the milk jugs. Now, form is important here, so you want to really feel in the back but you don’t want to feel it too much in the lower back. So what you're looking to do have some soft knees, bend at the knees, hips go back, torso forward and from this position what you're going to do is pull the elbows back, squeeze the shoulder blades, keeping the core nice and tight so it supports the muscles in the lower back. Again looking for good controlled motion. The slower the better. Constant tension on the muscle. You can alternate doing a single arm at a time and together. "
