"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this clip we'll be going over how to do bike tube ab twists. Now what I've done is I've wrapped the tube around the pole. And again you can wrap it around the leg of your table, a doorknob or anything that you can loop it around. What we're looking to do here is grab a hold of the tube with a nice firm grip and you're going to overlap the opposite hand right over the knuckles. You want to make sure to keep the elbows in nice and tight, arms extended out in front, abs contracted, and you're going to twist. Be sure not to move the hips. You're just moving the torso, so you get the abs involved. "
