Here are a few suggestions for some items you may use that you might find lying around your house. Here we've got a bike tube. And even if you don't have it lying around they're fairly inexpensive and you can probably get them at you local sports store. Also we have some resistance tubing. Again very inexpensive. And last but not least, a jug, a gallon of milk or a gallon of juice. "
