"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this series we'll be going over how to create an exercise routine while on vacation. In this clip we will be going over how to perform a front shoulder raise using the duffel bag. Using the long strap of the duffel bag you want to be sure to get a good strong grip and from this position raising the arms forward slightly higher from the floor. Take it back down and back up, target the muscles in the shoulder looking for a good smooth control movement. We are not looking to generate any momentum we want the muscles to work to the entire range of motion."
