"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this series we'll be going over how to create an exercise routine while on vacation. In this clip we will go over how to perform a basic crunch on the floor. What you do is lay completely flat on your back raising your legs and bending at the knees at a 90 degree angle. Head goes back, use your hands for support. What we are going to do here is find a focus point straight up above us and come to a nice short motion and lift the shoulders off the floor and take it down. Your basic crunch exercise is going to target your upper and middle abdominals. "
