"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this series we'll be going over how to create an exercise routine while on vacation. In this next clip we'll be going over how to perform a bent over tricep extension using the duffel bag. What you want to do is grab each handle in one hand. Looking for good form here so you're going to stagger your steps, lean forward at the torso not looking to arch around the back at all. Keeping the abs nice and tight bend the elbow and bring it up where it's parallel with your back and extend behind you. As you extend you want to be sure to get a good contraction to the tricep muscle, control it all the way down contract as you go up. "
