"Hello, this is Steven Vargas with Expert Village. In this series we'll be going over how to create an exercise routine while on vacation. In this clip we will go over how to perform a quick warm up while on vacation. First exercise you can perform while on vacation without using any equipment is a simple jumping jack. Using a stop watch you can time yourself for a minute and just precede to your jumping jacks. After performing a jumping jack you can also use a staircase as part of your warm up by running up and down the stairs. As you go up and down the stairs be sure to get your whole foot on each step so you avoid the risk of falling or injuring yourself. Look for a nice easy pace again remember we are only working on a warm up."
