"Ok in the next clip it's going to be a forward lunge with a torso twist. Ok you are going to grab your medicine ball ok, now what we are going to do is alternate legs when we do our lunges and we are going to take our medicine ball and we are going to bring it right to the side of the hip. Keep our head facing forward ok. Step forward rotate the ball to the hip, make sure that the knee is in alignment and it doesn't go passed the toe. I like to just touch it right on that hip bone so I know I am doing the proper positioning, keep the shoulders relaxed, body in an upright position just like you're going up and down in an elevator. Ok step back. The leg forward, take the ball put it right to the side on the hip bone and step back. Ok slow and controlled. Keep that ball positioned on the hip bone, back nice and straight. This is also a good exercise to help with your balance."
