"Okay, this exercise clip is going to be demonstrating full body abdominal exercises. So, you're going to start off with the ball by your knees, and you're going to slowly roll down, extend the arms back. Now this one is kind of challenging. You may want to start off with sets of 10 because by the third set you're going to be pretty fatigued. So what you're going to do is you're going to extend the ball forward, keeping the shoulders firmly on the mat. Grab the ball firmly with your feet. Okay feet go down, arms go back. Back stays nice and flat. Legs come up, grab with the hands, bring the legs down. Now it's really important to keep your shoulders and upper back on the mat as much as possible so you don't put too much stress on the neck and the shoulders. You're going to feel a lot of things creak probably when you do this for the first couple of times. This is really challenging. This is an advanced AB exercise that you're going to feel all the way from the fingertips down to the toes. Okay relax the hips down. So where going to grab it with your feet, relax down, extend the body. Grab the ball with your hands. Legs go down arms go down. Shoulders stay on the mat with the upper back. Legs down nice and slow and controlled so you can really feel the burn."
