"This next clip is going to be a One Armed Row with a Rotation. Okay, you're going to take your stability band. You're going to attach it onto a base. Remember to make sure it's nice and secure. Now what you're going to do is you're going to grab your band. Make sure you have enough distance behind you and you're going to do a one armed row with a rotation. You're going to feel some additional torque in your obliques as you turn. So you're going to start off with overhand grip. Okay, when you turn the palm is going to go down. You're going to pivot your body. Okay, you're starting off in almost a lunge-type stance, knees slightly bent, and you're going to rotate that right foot out. Okay. Your shoulders should stay level with your elbow. Overhand grip, we're going to rotate out. Okay. You're twisting almost like into a semi-lunge position, keeping that shoulder and elbow in alignment, palm flat. So you're almost getting two exercises in one."
