"Our next clip is going to be a Tricep Extension. Now I'm going to start off with a double extension. You can attach this higher or lower, I'm going to do like a mid. Okay, of course make sure it's nice and secure. You want to have an underhand grip. This is going to work both triceps at the same time. Bend your knees slightly, sink in, back nice and straight. Remember underhand grip, elbows tight against the side. We're going to extend them back at the same time. Forward nice and slowly, ninety degree angle. Exhale as you come back. Tense up those triceps. Relax as you come forward. If this is too challenging to do both of them at the same time and you're limited with your bands, you can always switch and do one at a time. Ninety degrees, extend back. You're at ninety degrees. Okay, let's switch arms, ninety degrees. Elbows tight against the side. You're going to pull back. Exhale as you come back. Inhale on the release. Start feeling a little bit of a burn in that tricep. We're going to continue with our standard two to three sets of eight to fifteen."
