"Okay, our next clip is going to be an oblique exercise and we are going to utilize both sides of the body. You are going to gently sit down with your stability ball and roll down slowly and you are going to place your legs over the ball. Now this is a good way to position yourself if you have low back issues and you can even do your crunches this way as well. Now what we are going to do is we are going to take one arm and place it on the mat or the floor, hand behind the head, we are going to crunch across the body nice and slow to feel those abs contract and then I am going to relax down. Go ahead and exhale as you come across and you really want to squeeze the oblique right here and relax down. We are going to switch sides and squeeze across the body and relax. Exhale as you come across and really focus on that oblique muscle and then come back. It is going to help isolate each side so you want to do one set of 10 to 15 and then switch sides and give the other side time to rest. This is a good one because you are also protecting the back by having the legs over the stability ball."
