"In our next clip we are going to be doing bicep curls on the balance trainer. So you want to step up on to your balance trainer and if you are not used to using a balance trainer you may want to position it near a wall so you can hold on for support if you need it. Okay, now find your center on your balance, feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent, elbows by the side, shoulders back, body nice and long. We are going to squeeze our arms up and then we are going to relax. Try to exhale on the way up squeeze on those biceps and tense them nice and strong and then relax. Now you can also do other exercises on the balance trainer. If you are balance challenged you can just stand on it and it will help improve your balance immensely. You can also just go with one arm at a time keeping your elbow nice and close to your rib cage, squeeze and release, slow and controlled and make sure that back is nice and straight, you can also change your hand position on the bicep curls and you can go into a hammer, squeeze both arms up. You can feel those muscles twitch all the way up and relaxing all the way down."
