"In this next clip we're going to do some obliques on the balance trainer. Slowly come down onto your balance trainer. Lower the body to where the back is supported. Okay, now, start here with your hands behind your head until you've got your body totally adjusted. Now, what I like to do it put my hand on the floor or curve it around the base of the bosu or the balance trainer. Now, what you're going to do is you're going to do a simulated bicycle exercise which is going to target the obliques. You're going to reach across. Bring the knee in and relax down to where your body is level. Bring across and squeeze and then relax to level. Exhale as you come forward. Targeting those obliques and relax. Okay, let's go ahead and try the other side. Reach that elbow past that knee. Squeeze those obliques and release. Now, if that's too much of a challenge for you, you can always rest your hand on the mat or on the bosu balance trainer. And just squeeze across and release. Okay, squeeze across, exhale. Target those obliques. And then relax. We can go back to our advanced option. Bring your knee in, and relax. Squeeze across and relax. Other side, across. Maintaining your balance and relax to where the body is nice and flat across your balance trainer."
