"O'kay in this clip we are going to be doing a low row so what you can do is you can find something stable that you can attach the resistance band to, I have used this piece of equipment here. You can attach to a pole or any type of base and if you don't feel this is secure enough for you can always tie the band a little bit tighter. You don't want one of these things to snap back and hit you in the face. What you are going to do is you are going to grab with an overhand grip, lean back slightly, keep your back nice and straight. You are just going to row back keeping the elbows nice and close to the body, extend the arms forward without locking out the elbows and just remember the further away you are from where you have the band attached, the more resistance you are going to have. Keep your elbows close to the body, extend the arms forward, just like rowing a boat. If that is a little bit too easy for you seniors you can always change the grip. Palms down and bring it out to the sides a little bit, it is a little bit more challenging because the arms are a little further away from the body so it is going to be a little bit more challenging as well. Keep the back nice and straight, elbows close to the body without locking the out."
