"O'kay this clip is for senior fitness doing an overhead press with a weighted ball and you can use free weights if you have some light free weights maybe one to five pounds. This is a four pound weighted ball and we are going to sit in a chair or a bench in an upright position. Grab your weighted ball and reach up over your head, exhale on the way up. Extend the arms keeping the elbows a little bit soft and come back down. Exhale up and inhale down. You are going to want to be doing, most of my seniors I do two sets of eight to 12 reps, just depends on what your fitness level is. Some people have had shoulder injuries and need to be really careful. Exhale up and inhale down. Of course this is working the tops of the shoulders and come back down. Let's try a couple more. Exhale up and of course you want to keep your back nice and straight. Relax your neck and shoulders. If you don't have enough range of motion to bring it all the way up you can always modify it and just bring it up to as high as you feel comfortable. You can come up to right about here."
